Subject: Notification of changes to the Public Register of Licensed Administrative Services Providers
Purpose: To inform the ASPs for the process to update their information on the Public Register of Licensed ASPs.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular E533 (in Greek) on 03/10/2022 to inform the Administrative Services Providers (‘ASPs’), for the Form F196-2012-03A "Notification of changes to the Public Register of Licensed Administrative Services Providers", which the licensed ASPs should use to update their information in the Public Register of Licensed Administrative Services Providers.
The Form F196-2012-03A must be completed if a licensed ASP shall proceed to make changes in its information that exist in the Public Register of Licensed Administrative Services Providers.
The Form F196-2012-03A should include only the changes to the existing information.
The Form F196-2012-03A must be completed in electronic form and submitted only via the CySEC portal (https://portal.cysec.gov.cy).
