Subject: Resubmission of Prudential Reporting Form – 31 March 2025
Purpose: To inform CIFs that are required to resubmit their prudential forms for the date 31/03/2025.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C725 on 10/09/2025 to inform the Cyprus Investment Firms (‘CIFs’), that are required to resubmit their prudential forms for the date 31/03/2025 in the form of XBRL file (as per Circular C719).
CySEC informs that, in particular, all Class 2 CIFs should proceed to the resubmission of their prudential reporting through the CySEC’s XBRL portal by Thursday, 25/09/2025, at the latest.
This Circular C725 is issued following the Circular C719 that was issued on 27/06/2025.
