Subject: ASPs Quarterly Statistics (Form QST-ASP) – 31/12/2025 Submission
Purpose: To inform ASPs of the obligation to submit the Quarterly Statistics Form with reference date 31/12/2025
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C744 on 19/12/2025 to inform the Administrative Services Providers (‘ASPs’), that all ASPs that were authorised by 31/12/2025, including those who have not made use of their authorization, must complete and submit to CySEC the Quarterly Statistics form QST-ASP (‘the Form’), Version 11, for the period 01/10/2025 – 31/12/2025 (Q4-2025).
The deadline to submit the Form is by Tuesday, 03/02/2026, the latest. The Form must be successfully submitted electronically, via the CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (‘TRS’).
The Form is regarded as being successfully submitted to CySEC, only when a NO ERROR indication feedback file is received.
This Circular C744 also refers to the method of creating, signing and submitting the Form to CySEC and other important information for completing and submitting the Form.
