Subject: CIFs Quarterly Statistics (Form QST-CIF) – 30/09/2020 Submission
Purpose: To inform about the latest version of the Form QST-CIF Version 5 for CIFs Quarterly Statistics.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C406 on 21/09/2020 in order to inform the Cyprus Investment Firms (‘CIFs’) about the latest version of the Form QST-CIF Version 5 (‘the Form’) for CIFs Quarterly Statistics, that must be successfully submitted electronically via the CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (‘TRS’) by 15:00 hrs, Monday, November 2, 2020, at the latest.
The Form must be submitted by all CIFs that were authorised by September 30, 2020. In this respect, CIFs that were authorised by September 30, 2020, but have not made use of their authorisation must also submit the Form.
This Circular provides for the steps to be followed for the successful submission of the Form QST-CIF Version 5 to the TRS.
The CIFs, upon submission of the Form, must ensure that they have received a feedback file that shall contain NO ERROR indication in order the submission of the Form to be considered as being successfully submitted to CySEC.
This Circular provides also about the method of creating, signing and submitting the Form to the CySEC and general comments for the Form.
