Subject: ASPs Quarterly Statistics (Form QST-ASP) – 30/09/2020 Submission
Purpose: To inform about the latest version of the Form QST-ASP Version 3 for ASPs Quarterly Statistics.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C407 on 21/09/2020 in order to inform the Administrative Services Providers (‘ASPs’) about the latest version of the Form QST-ASP Version 3 (‘the Form’) for ASPs Quarterly Statistics, that must be successfully submitted electronically via the CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (‘TRS’) by 15:00 hrs, Monday, November 2, 2020, at the latest.
The Form must be completed and submitted by all ASPs that were authorised by September 30, 2020. In this respect, ASPs that were authorised by September 30, 2020, but have not made use of their authorisation must also submit the Form.
This Circular provides for the steps to be followed for the successful submission of the Form QST-ASP Version 3 to the TRS.
The ASPs, upon submission of the Form, must ensure that they have received a feedback file that shall contain NO ERROR indication in order the submission of the Form to be considered as being successfully submitted to CySEC.
This Circular provides also about the method of creating, signing and submitting the Form to the CySEC and general comments for the Form.
