Subject: CIFs Quarterly Statistics (Form QST-CIF) – 30/09/2021 Submission
Purpose: To inform CIFs for the submission of the Form QST-CIF, Version 7.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C470 on 30/09/2021 to inform the Cyprus Investment Firms (‘the CIFs’) that must complete and submit to CySEC the Form QST-CIF (‘the Form’), Version 7.
The Form must be completed and submitted to CySEC by all CIFs that were authorised by September 30, 2021. In this respect, CIFs that were authorised by September 30, 2021, but have not made use of their authorisation must also submit the Form.
The Form must be successfully submitted electronically via the CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (‘TRS’) by 15:00 hrs, Monday, November 1, 2021, at the latest.
CySEC notes that extension to the above deadline, i.e. Monday, November 1, 2021, will not be granted.
CySEC also notes that the Form is regarded as being successfully submitted to CySEC only when a NO ERROR indication feedback file is received.
This Circular C470 also includes general comments for the Form and information about the method of creating, signing and submitting the Form to the CySEC.
