Subject: CIFs Quarterly Statistics (Form QST-CIF) – 31/03/2022 Submission
Purpose: To inform CIFs for the submission of the Form QST-CIF Version 8.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C497 on 06/04/2022 to inform the Cyprus Investment Firms (‘CIFs’) that they must complete and submit to CySEC the latest version of the Form QST-CIF (the ‘Form’), Version 8.
The Form must be completed and submitted to CySEC by all CIFs that were authorised by March 31, 2022. In this respect, CIFs that were authorised by March 31, 2022, but have not made use of their authorisation must also submit the Form.
The Form must be successfully submitted electronically via the CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (‘TRS’) by 15:00 hrs, Friday, May 13, 2022, the latest.
It is noted that the Form is regarded as being successfully submitted to CySEC, only when a NO ERROR indication feedback file is received upon submission.
This Circular C497 includes the method of creating, signing and submitting the Form to the CySEC, general comments for the Form and explains the additional information that is requested.
