Subject: CIFs Quarterly Statistics (Form QST-CIF) – 31/12/2022 Submission
Purpose: To inform CIFs for the Quarterly Statistics Form.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C542 on 23/12/2022 to inform the Cyprus Investment Firms (‘CIFs’), that all CIFs that were authorised by December 31, 2022, including those who have not made use of their authorization, must complete and submit to CySEC the form QST-CIF, Version 9 (‘the Form’).
The deadline to submit the Form is by 15:00 hrs, Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at the latest. The Form must be successfully submitted electronically, via the CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (‘TRS’).
The Form is regarded as being successfully submitted to CySEC, only when a NO ERROR indication feedback file is received.
This Circular C542 refers also to the method of creating, signing and submitting the Form to CySEC and other important information for completing and submitting the Form.
