Subject: Form CA-CIF (‘Country Analysis’ Form), for the provision of Investment Services and Activities per country – 31/12/2022 Submission
Purpose: To inform CIFs for the submission of the Form CA-CIF.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C543 on 23/12/2022 to inform the Cyprus Investment Firms (‘CIFs’), that all CIFs that were authorised by December 31, 2022, including those who have not made use of their authorization, must complete and submit to CySEC the form CA-CIF, Version 2 (‘the Form’).
The deadline to submit the Form is by 15:00 hrs, Monday, February 13, 2023, at the latest. The Form must be successfully submitted electronically, via the CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (‘TRS’).
The Form is regarded as being successfully submitted to CySEC, only when a NO ERROR indication feedback file is received.
The Form shall be submitted for the reporting period of 01/10/2022-31/12/2022.
This Circular C543 refers also to the method of creating, signing and submitting the Form to CySEC and other important information for completing and submitting the Form.
