Subject: Risk Based Supervision Framework (‘The RBS-F’) – Electronic submission of information for the year 2022 (Form RBSF-ASP) – Extension of the Deadline
Purpose: To inform ASPs that the deadline for the submission of the Form RBSF-ASP is extended.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C565 on 12/04/2023 to inform the Administrative Service Providers (‘the ASPs’) that following the Circular 564, issued on 07/04/2023, the deadline for the submission of the Form RBSF-ASP (‘the Form’) is extended.
The new deadline for the submission of the Form is by 15:00 hrs, Wednesday, 31/05/2023.
The Form must be submitted by all ASPs that were authorised by CySEC, by 31/12/2022.
The Form must be successfully submitted electronically via CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (‘TRS’).
CySEC notes that apart from the deadline for the submission of the Form that is referred in Circular C564, all the other points and content of Circular C564 are still applicable.
