Subject: Risk Based Supervision Framework (the ‘RBS-F’) – Electronic submission of information for the year 2023 (Form RBSF-CIF) – updated version of the Form RBSF-CIF
Purpose: To inform CIFs regarding the updated version 9 of the Form RBSF-CIF.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C634 on 19/04/2024 to inform the Cyprus Investment Firms (‘CIFs’) that the Form RBSF-CIF, version 8, may cause technical errors in the submission of the Form due to a validation error in Section ‘Validation Tests’. Therefore, Form RBSF-CIF, version 9, is now issued.
This Circular C634 must be read together with Circular C632 issued on 16/04/2024.
CySEC informs that all information contained in version 8 of the Form remains the same in version 9 of the Form. The only amendment in the revised Form, version 9, is the correction of the validation test, in Section ‘Validation Tests’.
CIFs must submit the Form to CySEC by Wednesday, 29/05/2024, the latest and not by Friday, 24/05/2024 that Circular C632 provided.
