Subject: CIFs Quarterly Statistics (Form QST-CIF) – 31/03/2024 Submission – Change of Deadline
Purpose: To inform the CIFs that the deadline of the submission of the Form QST-CIF for Q1 2024, is extended.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C636 on 22/04/2024 to inform the Cyprus Investment Firms (‘CIFs’), that the deadline of the submission of the Form QST-CIF for Q1 2024 that it was on 06/05/2024 (Circular C625), is extended to 08/05/2024, taking into account the fact that 06/05/2024 is a public holiday.
CySEC further informs that all the points and content of Circular C625 are still applicable apart Point 2.1 that refers for the deadline which is extended as above.
