Subject: CIFs Quarterly Statistics (Form QST-CIF) – 30/09/2024 Submission
Purpose: To inform the CIFs for the obligation to submit the Quarterly Statistics Form
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C661 on 02/10/2024 to inform the Cyprus Investment Firms (‘CIFs’), that all CIFs that were authorised by 30/09/2024, including those who have not made use of their authorization, must complete and submit to CySEC the Form QST-CIF, Version 14 (‘the Form’), for Q3 2024.
The deadline to submit the Form is by Monday, 04/11/2024, at the latest. The Form must be successfully submitted electronically, via the CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (‘TRS’).
The Form is regarded as being successfully submitted to CySEC, only when a NO ERROR indication feedback file is received.
This Circular C661 refers also to the method of creating, signing and submitting the Form to CySEC and other important information for completing and submitting the Form.
