Subject: Risk Based Supervision Framework (‘The RBS-F’) – Electronic submission of information for the year 2024 (Form RBSF-ASP) – Extension of the Deadline
Purpose: To inform ASPs that the deadline to submit the Form RBSF-ASP has been extended.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C698 on 07/04/2025 to inform the Administrative Service Providers (‘the ASPs’) that the deadline for the submission of the Form RBSF-ASP (‘the Form’), as per the Circular C690, has been extended by two weeks.
In this regard, the Form must be submitted no later than Wednesday, 14/05/2025, by all ASPs authorised by CySEC, as of 31/12/2024.
The Form must be successfully submitted electronically via CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (‘TRS’).
CySEC also wishes to clarify that, apart from submission deadline, all the other points and content of Circular C690 are still applicable.
