Subject: ASPs Quarterly Statistics (Form QST-ASP) – 31/03/2026 Submission
Purpose: To inform ASPs of the obligation to submit the Quarterly Statistics Form with reference date 31/03/2026.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C765 on 31/03/2026 to inform the Administrative Services Providers (‘ASPs’), that all ASPs that were authorised by 31/03/2026, including those who have not made use of their authorization, must complete and submit to CySEC the Quarterly Statistics form QST-ASP (‘the Form’), Version 12, for the period 01/01/2026 – 31/03/2026 (Q1-2026).
The deadline to submit the Form is by Monday, 04/05/2026, the latest. The Form must be successfully submitted electronically, via the CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (‘TRS’).
The Form is regarded as being successfully submitted to CySEC, only when a NO ERROR indication feedback file is received.
Circular C765 also refers to amendments on the latest version of the Form, the method of creating, signing and submitting the Form to CySEC and other important information for completing and submitting the Form.
