Subject: CIFs Quarterly Statistics (Form QST-CIF) – 31/03/2026 Submission
Purpose: To inform the CIFs for the obligation to submit the Quarterly Statistics Form with reference date 31/03/2026.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C766 on 31/03/2026 to inform the Cyprus Investment Firms (‘CIFs’), that all CIFs that were authorised by 31/03/2026, including those who have not made use of their authorization, must complete and submit to CySEC the Quarterly Statistics Form QST-CIF, Version 18 (‘the Form’), for the period 01/01/2026 - 31/03/2026 (Q1-2026).
The deadline to submit the Form is by Tuesday, 12/05/2026, at the latest. The Form must be successfully submitted electronically, via the CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (‘TRS’).
The Form is regarded as being successfully submitted to CySEC, only when a NO ERROR indication feedback file is received.
Circular C766 refers also to the method of creating, signing and submitting the Form to CySEC and other important information for completing and submitting the Form.
