Subject: Management Companies and Self-Managed Funds Quarterly Statistics – Submission for Q2 2026 (30/06/2026)
Purpose: To inform Regulated Entities of the obligation to submit the Quarterly Statistics Form for Q2 2026.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C789 on 01/07/2026 to inform the Alternative Investment Fund Managers (‘AIFMs’), Internally Managed Alternative Investment Funds, UCITS Management Companies, Internally Managed UCITS, Internally Managed Alternative Investment Funds with Limited Number of Persons (‘AIFLNPs’), Companies with sole purpose the management of AIFLNPs and the Small AIFMs, for the obligation to submit the Quarterly Statistics Form, QST-MC, Version 26 (‘the Form’), for Q2 2026, by all Regulated Entities that were authorised or appointed to act as External Managers (in case no authorisation is required by the relevant legislation), by 30/06/2026.
The above mentioned Regulated Entities that were authorised or appointed to act as External Managers (in case no authorisation is required by the relevant legislation) by 30/06/2026 but have not made use of their authorization, must also submit the Form.
The Form must be successfully submitted via the CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (‘TRS’) by Friday, 31/07/2026, the latest.
The Form is regarded as being successfully submitted to CySEC, only when a NO ERROR indication feedback file is received.
Circular C789 also refers to the method of creating, signing and submitting the Form to CySEC and other important information for completing and submitting the Form.
