Subject: CIFs Quarterly Statistics (Form QST-CIF) – 30/09/2026 Submission
Purpose: To inform the CIFs for the obligation to submit the Quarterly Statistics Form for Q3 2026.
In Summary:
CySEC has issued the Circular C803 on 02/10/2026 to inform the Cyprus Investment Firms (‘CIFs’), that all CIFs that were authorised by 30/09/2026, including those who have not made use of their authorization, must complete and submit to CySEC the Quarterly Statistics Form QST-CIF, Version 19 (‘the Form’), for the period 01/07/2026 - 30/09/2026 (Q3-2026).
The deadline to submit the Form is Wednesday, 04/11/2026, at the latest. The Form must be successfully submitted electronically, via the CySEC’s Transaction Reporting System (‘TRS’).
The Form is regarded as being successfully submitted to CySEC, only when a NO ERROR indication feedback file is received.
Circular C803 also refers to the method of creating, signing and submitting the Form to CySEC and other important information for completing and submitting the Form.
